How to refresh artwork metadata on other platforms

In certain instances, users may encounter display issues with their digital artwork on various NFT marketplaces. This problem can often be attributed to difficulties faced by the platform when retrieving images from IPFS. Fortunately, there is a straightforward solution available that involves refreshing the artwork's metadata on the platform and giving it some time to retrieve the image, typically around 5-10 minutes. In the following sections, we will outline the steps to address image display issues on two NFT marketplaces.

Rarible

on Rarible, there is a refresh option, simply click this and wait 5-10 minutes for this to update.

Opensea

Similarly, on Opensea, click the 3 horizontal dots and click the dropdown option labelled "Refresh Metadata"
